 Stress-Free, Action-Packed Fun – Here's What to Expect

We’re committed to making your Battle Party as smooth, safe, and unforgettable as possible. To ensure you're fully prepared, here's a breakdown of how our events run from

start to finish:


🕒 Before the Event

Our team will arrive 45 minutes to 1 hour before your scheduled party start time to begin setup.

Please ensure someone is on-site to meet us when we arrive.


🛡️ Game On!

At the start of your event, your Battle Captain will gather all players for a comprehensive safety briefing and rules overview.

We’ll demonstrate how to use the gear, assign teams, and get the action started.


🎮 Let the Battles Begin

All games are timed and scored, based on exciting, objective-based missions.

After each game, we take a 5–10 minute water/snack break to let our warriors recharge.


🧹 Wrap-Up & Clean-Up

After the final whistle, your Battle Captain will begin breaking down the battlefield and collecting all gear.

All we ask is that the kids help pick up any Nerf darts (if used) — we handle everything else!
